Bus signs
Reliable and well visible - these features justifies usage of electromagnetic elements in bus signs.
Thanks to a very low energy consumption needed only to change information, these signs reduce bus fuel consumption. Additionally, even when bus engine is off, the signs remains visible and bus line can be easily identified without a need of us of bus batteries.
Extreme temperatures does not influence visibility. Passive display element allows to read the sign even in case of windows covered with dirt or rain. All major bus sign manufacturers used electromagnetic elements for many years.
With recent development of LED technology, it became popular also in bus signs.
A very interesting and low budget solution are small car signs. They allow to communicate various messages to other drivers.
